Article 2: Reservation
All reservations must be made by the Customer or by a duly authorized representative. For any reservation, the customer must provide the following information:
Name, first name, phone number, email, and home address.
Date and time of pick-up, places of departure and arrival, number of passengers, need for a child seat and / or booster, number of bags, as well as the flight or train number if applicable.
Article 3: Cancellation and modification
The customer can request the cancellation of the service up to 24 hours before the date and time of support and obtain reimbursement of the sums paid.
The service provider can cancel the customer’s transport in the event of force majeure, in which case the customer may receive compensation. He can also cancel the transport if the customer does not show up at the agreed place, beyond a time limit of 45 minutes for a pick-up at an airport or a train station and 15 minutes for all other pick-ups. In the latter case, the customer will be billed for his breach.
Any modification of the route by the customer during the service and resulting in program changes, may generate supplements to be paid on site or at the end of the service.
Article 4: Making available
Any provision service must be the subject of a written reservation. It must be carried out by the client or by a duly authorized representative. All reservations must mention the place of performance of the service, the number of passengers and the name and contact details of the beneficiary of the service if these are different from those of the customer.
Any cancellation of availability must be notified 48 hours before the start of the service. Failing this and for whatever reason, it will be due, as a fixed and lump sum penalty, non-deductible and equal to the amount initially provided for when booking.
The service is only valid once, and if it turns out that the customer was not present at the meeting place, the service would be permanently lost and will not give any right to reimbursement. Any wait, beyond an excess of one hour, will be billed on the hourly basis mentioned in our rates for the category of the vehicle reserved.
Article 5: Prices
The transfer rate applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the point of arrival, with service ending immediately thereafter. The amount of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle.
The prices indicated include the vehicle, the driver’s service, the insurance for the persons transported, the fuel, the kilometers and the time determined during the reservation and / or during the conclusion of the contract as well as the transport of the customer’s luggage in the limit of the vehicle’s possibility. The cost of additional destinations, tolls, parking, parking places or entry to a few places chosen by the customer and / or made essential for the performance of the service, not initially provided for in the journey, remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 6: Regulation
For occasional customers, our services are payable on booking (Bancontact, Credit Card or Paypal payment online).
For account customers, invoices are payable upon receipt by bank transfer.
Any invoice not paid within 5 days of the invoice date for the service automatically entails the application of penalties of € 40 and an amount equal to 3 times the legal interest rate.
In all cases, the customer, signatory of the reservation, is solely responsible for the payment of the service.
Article 7: Limitation of liability
Navettes Eclairs undertakes to do what is necessary to get the passenger to their destination as soon as possible and in optimal safety conditions in accordance with the Highway Code and the laws in force.
Navettes Eclairs can in no way be held responsible for delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control: road blocked, bridge prohibited to traffic, deviation, flooded road, traffic jams, interventions on the roadway by police forces, customs or fire brigade, etc… (without this list being exhaustive).
Navettes Eclairs can in no way be held responsible for delays due to force majeure: strikes, weather conditions, attacks, riots, etc. (without this list being exhaustive).
Navettes Eclairs can in no way be held responsible for delays directly resulting from an initial delay of a customer, or the need to make a trip at the customer’s request, within an obviously too short time.
In the event that the vehicle is immobilized during the journey due to a mechanical failure, an accident or damage (theft, damage), Navettes Eclairs will endeavor to ensure the continuity of the journey, either with one of its vehicles, or with a vehicle chartered from another company and undertakes to notify the principal. Luggage or any other object owned by the customer remains the responsibility of the person transported.
The driver is required to comply with the various regulations applicable to the movement of vehicles and ensure, as part of the performance of the service, to take the necessary measures to preserve the safety of the occupants of the vehicle.
Thus, the driver expressly reserves the right to refuse any instructions and / or requests from the customer that he considers likely to compromise the safety of the occupants of the vehicle.
The number of authorized passengers (including the driver) is that shown in the technical characteristics of the vehicle. It can never be exceeded.
Damage of any kind caused to the vehicle and / or other vehicles (for example, during the inadvertent opening of the doors) will be the responsibility of the customer unless it is demonstrated that they come from a third party. . The occupants of the vehicle, the employees, service providers and guests of the customer cannot be considered as third parties.
Navettes Eclairs reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the driver realizes that the customer is committing an offense, for example the use of narcotics, or if the behavior of the customers endangered the safety of the driver, or good if customers were insulting to the driver.
In the event that Navettes Eclairs is unable to make the vehicle provided for in the contract available, the deposit will be refunded, unless the two parties agree on the provision of another vehicle.
Navettes Eclairs reserves the right not to perform the service in the event of a case of force majeure, a fortuitous event, due to a third party or any event that may present a risk to the customer, his guests, his attendants, the driver or the vehicle. In this context, the total or partial non-performance of the service cannot give rise to any compensation from the customer.
Navettes Eclairs is under no obligation to keep luggage or any other objects, goods, clothing, effects, etc. left in the vehicle during and at the end of the service.

Article 8: Insurance
The liability of Navettes Eclairs is limited to the clauses of its insurance contracts.
Our vehicles are insured for the transport of persons, for all bodily injury and also for professional civil liability with our insurer AG.
The principal will be free to take out additional insurance at his expense for cancellation costs, repatriation costs or cover for transported luggage, without this list being exhaustive.
Article 9: Police and security rules
The vehicle and the driver will be provided with the on-board documents necessary for the smooth running of the transport service.
In accordance with the law in force in all public places, it is strictly forbidden to smoke on board our vehicles.
In accordance with the provisions of the drinking establishments code, it is prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles.
Wearing a seat belt is compulsory for all passengers in vehicles fitted with this equipment.
Article 10: Collection of personal data
Navettes Eclairs is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers.
Personal information and other data communicated will not be used for any purpose other than improving the service provided and will not be passed on to third parties.
